Bradley is a product designer based in London, England; currently designing integrity experiences for the Facebook Family of Apps. Prior to joining Facebook, Bradley was the founder of Caus, a product design studio focused on mental health design.
Outside of his day job, he regularly speaks at conferences, facilitates design workshops, and writes about design on Medium.
At the core of all his projects lies the belief that technology should be designed with mental health in mind. Whether a social app, utility tool, or mindfulness experience, we have the responsibility to make our products kinder to all.
I like to think of myself as a product manager that can design - I love partnering with interesting teams right from the strategy and conception stage, helping to guide the product to a successful launch and beyond.
I've worked with teams and products at all stages - so whether you've got a couple of napkin sketches and a dream, or a fully formed product rolling out a new feature, consider me a design partner ready to provide critical thinking and never-ending curiosity.
I love sharing the things I've learned over my career; with many of my talks being around the topic of mindful and ethical design.
I'm always open to new speaking opportunities, both locally and across the globe.
If you're running an event, drop me a line and we can discuss whether an existing talk or something brand new would be the best fit.
The best thing about design is that there's no better way to learn, than by doing.
Over the last few years I've run structured design workshops for audiences attending Adobe MAX, Awwwards Conf, and UX Playground.
I structure my workshops with a goal-orientated approach, giving every participant the skills, background, and experience to walk away with something they'd be proud to share.
